Disgrace to the profession. He is assigned to private to protect people yet allows attorneys to reduce an estate to virtually nothing and approves outrageous and abusive fees. He’s also dumb as dirt and takes sides them becomes abusive. He appointed a someone as conservator/guardian who in a matter of months had abuse claims and breach of fiduciary duty claims. This moron also doesn’t care about the truth. Accepts lies and fabricated evidence. Then bullies and threatens litigants to get what he wants. He should be removed from the bench and disbarred as an attorney to protect the public from the moron.
