"Judge Kenneth Fuller is a highly professional and patient jurist. Unlike many courtrooms where things feel rushed, Judge Fuller truly listens and ensures everyone has their day in court. Given his background as a former Deputy District Attorney, he has a sharp eye for spotting any legal manipulation or criminal tactics—he knows the law inside out.

Hon. Fuller- fair and even-tempered judge who took the time to listen and explain matters clearly using interesting & helpful analogies. I felt respected and not judged during a very difficult time. He’s calm so the court feels calm

Actually a pretty thoughtful and fair Judge who takes time to listen and offers more than just the law in his judgements.

Fuller ignores the law and has been overturned on appeal SEVERAL times. He should not be on the bench and I will do my best to see that the public sees what a horrible judge and person he is.

He’s a very nice man, who really went above and beyond in assisting the parties in reaching a fair settlement of the case. Extra points for having a mustache like Val Kilmer in Tombstone. “I’m your huckleberry!”

Fuller ignored law re owner move-in requirements, filed UD. Appeals court reversed citing "abuse of judicial discretion" by Fuller and that "there was no basis in law for his ruling." Became homeless and still am due to this horrible man who should not be allowed anywhere near a court.

Hearing for Motion to Vacate in an Unlawful Detainer was granted by a substitute judge based solely on the amount of errors in the Plaintiff's filings. Back from vacation at the Hearing, this PoS judged in favor of the Plaintiffs, WHO DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER SHOWING UP. Burden of Proof? Preponderance of Evidence? Sociopath.
