After several recent experiences with judges angry at the world, it was a pleasure to be in Judge Neiman's court. He had a great disposition and treated all parties with respect. One of the best magistrates I have seen.
Time for him to retire, he is unreasonable, has no consideration for the challenges of working a complex case, long ago forgot the travails of practice, is unnecessarily caustic, and very petty.
Judge Neiman has "slipped on his cheese," has a "vacancy in the attic," and has not thought things through. All because he doesn't care about the rights of cyclists.
He is prepared and wants to hear from the parties. He has the luxury of time which he uses effectively. It is a pleasure to appear before him.
Probably the worst judge I have appeared in front of in more than 25 years of practice.
