Once in a very, very long while you come across a very good judge in Supreme Court, Kings County. Justice Kenneth Sherman is such a judge. As a lawyer in the five boros for the past 35 years, I have seen my share of arrogant bozos on the Supreme Court bench, especially in Kings County. But Justice Sherman is a stark exception. He is incredbly polite to everyone, industrious, hard-working and knows the law. Moreover, he is an EXPERT in resolving cases. I am endlessly impressed with Justice Sherman. If he ever decides to join NAM or another arb company after he retires, I will be sure to request him. A great Judge, a great man and an asset to the bench.

Judge Sherman is one of the best around. I've litigated over 50 cases before him. He goes the extra mile and will do what he can to resolve cases. Very fair to both sides. Agree with the other comments, Judge Sherman is the model other judges should strive for.
