In a child abuse case she was patronizing and unpleasant (bordering on nasty) to attorney for child and asst county attorney. During trial she told AFC she was being rude for cross-examining defense expert about her credentials annd finding. After a lengthy trial with significant evidence of abuse, she gave abusive father joint custody. AFC obtained stay of her decision after trial and she was reversed on appeal and matter sent back to new judge who had lengthy dispositional hearing resulting in father getting no access to child.

Judge Savona is a complete imbecile.

Judge Savona is a complete imbecile. She is extremely dangerous [Redacted by Ed.] She clearly does not follow the law. I have heard how many people’s lives she has caused harm to. That includes my own family and my elderly father. She should be in jail! She sat on a matter that she had no jurisdiction over! She is that incompetent! She makes ulster county a scary place to be in. File grievance and judicial misconduct on her. Get her out of there and more importantly put her in jail! Sit her infront of a judge that is just as abusive and idiotic as her! But I think that will be hard she takes the cake for stupid !

Keri is to Family Court as Trump was to the white house.

Keri is to Family Court as Trump was to the white house. Neither one has the qualifications for the job. I have been in front of her many times and she NEVER once made a good decision for anyone involved. It was always a decision made of the cuff that always seemed to make things worse. Judge Mizel was tough but applied common sense with her decisions. I'm sure that there is some branch of law that Keri would be suited by but she is NOT a family court judge nor in my humble opinion "unless she has an incredible change of heart" will she ever be one. Keri was a an attorney with Ulster DSS before becoming a judge. Those two jobs are just so far apart in their requirements. She comes across as been cold and clinical. All possible assets as a DSS attorney. But surely our family court judges should have access to compassion and warmth in order to make decisions in the best interest of the children. I have NEVER experienced that with Keri. Just cold and clinical.
