Judge White exhibits extremely poor judicial demeanor. He is unnecessarily rude, demeaning and indignant. His behavior is unbecoming of a California judicial officer. He should be meaningfully disciplined.

Judge White has treated me very unfairly during my pretrail hearings. He gave me several demeaning stares at me while I was seated at the hearings as if he was disgusted and I was already guilty of the allegations presented by the DA. He was rude to me and cut me off from speaking several times when I was asked to speak. He is very disrespectful and his ruling to aim to punish me at all costs. He also made a very inappropriate comment during a hearing which was; "a man with a brief case is more dangerous than a man with a gun". The charges I am fighting are white collar and he was clearly expressing his opinion of me which is not allowed by a judge. He is clearly pro-prosecution and very biased to the DA because he was a prosecutor for 33 years prior to being appointed to the bench in 2017. He has only been on the for bench for 7 years and its clear he cannot put away his prosecutor hat to be fair to defendant. This is not how the judicial process should be carried out. I have reported him to the committee for judicial review of California.
