He is high functioning meaning he understands the arguments in the papers and the law and is conversant and can engage you on both in detail. He is also accommodating to counsel and their schedules. Very civil. Makes it look easy.

This judge always splits the baby in half. He does not follow the law, he simply "tries to be fair." Sometimes one party is right and the other party is wrong. He should rule as such. If he does not want to do that, he should become a pre-school teacher.
