Sarcastic, unprofessional, appears to act with bias and chooses a side before hearing both cases. Demeanor in courtroom Can be snarky, sarcastic, and condescending for no apparent reason.

Same comments as others have stated. Term "Honorable" doesn't apply here. HEAVILY biased against men with no consideration for factual evidence. Makes decisions to lighten case load only. She has no business in Family Court.

You won't find a worse judge than Kerstin LeMaire. She has done irreparable harm to so many families and ruined people's lives. She should be put away for the innocent lives she has harmed. Read the all of these TERRIBLE reviews. You will not see any other judge with so many bad things being said about them. As everyone else here has stated, she doesn't look at evidence or follow any actual law. She is completely incompetent, lazy and not working with a full deck. Please go away Judge Kerstin LeMaire. Your recklessness has caused damage and lifelong pain to too many families for you to work in any capacity of our judicial system.

Judge LeMaire ruling was in violation of AZ law regarding victims rights . I was the Petitioner & victim ( a victim named by the AZ Attorney General) when Judge LeMaire ordered me turn over evidence in the States case against my EX. In 2018 I was named a victim, my spouse was under investigation by several agencies. My spouse was indicted in 2020 on over 150 counts of money laundering, conspiracy, fraudulent schemes and artifices, criminal syndicate, Etc. The majority of the counts occurred after I filed in late 2017- 2018 while before Judge LeMaire . Judge LeMaire denied my request for subpoenas & my practice valuation expert was unable to value many entities due to lack of information provided. Her rulings aided the respondent on hiding assets & laundering money. Her rulings not only affected my familiy but the victims in his criminal case. A man worth over $15M is now broke. Additionally Judge LeMaire ordered my ex to give me $7500 for attorney fees for a 2 day trial which he never did. My ex has spent over $900,000 on his attorneys. I have not had counsel since her ruling on attorney fees in 2019, my ex stopped paying any support for his minor child. If Judge LeMaire had just invested the time into looking into the situation. Making me disclose communication with investigators has caused my family to be retaliated against by my ex. The feeling Judge LeMaire put off was she was doing us a favor vs doing her job. I would like to see a Judge that wants to be on the bench & one that wants to get to the bottom of situations and learn the truth. That was not Judge LeMaire. ????

I’m pretty sure the last two comments were rigged. No personal details mentioned. Does this mean she is up for reelection? Please vote to have her removed. She is biased, does not dig in to files to understand what is truly going on with people, she is prideful and does not like strong women challenging her, she does not act with fairness or consideration. She rushes through her decisions to get them off her load. We need more thorough and compassionate judges in family court.

Judge LeMaire's primary concern is always for the safety and wellbeing of the children. She tries to explain to the litigants what the law is and how she is bound to it. She strictly follows the child support calculator, as set forth by the AZ Supreme court. She tries her best to listen to both sides, as long as they are not being abusive or rude.
