Kevin A. Enright

I tried my very first jury trial before Judge Enright and had a thoroughly wonderful experience in his courtroom. He is fair, patient, and explains his rulings to counsel. He does a long, thorough court voir dire.

Seems so quiet, considerate and engaged until he issues a ruling that ignores every fact, law, evidence and testimony and simply rewrites the facts to his liking. Never saw such disregard for law and common decency. Destroyed an innocent life while rewarding corrupt attorneys and their clients and ignoring their litigation misconduct. DON'T LET THIS ONE FOOL YOU. IF YOU AREN'T THE PARTY WITH THE MOT EXPENSIVE LAWYERS, PEREMPTORY CHALLENGE IMMEDIATELY!
