Judge Brazile is a real judge, he attempts and succeeds on not just looking at the technicality of the law but the spirit/intent of it. Impressive Judge in the Civil sector.

Just terrible. Terrible tempermant, lacks basic understanding of caustion issues, worst judge I've been in front of.

Judge Brazile signed and exemplified a default judgement procured by fraud, so slime-ball attorney "Tim Ryan" of the Ryan Firm could try and domesticate the fraudulent default (procured with only a fake contract) and digital "right signatures" that were signed before the fake contract was created. We were never served anything in LA. In Arizona, an attorney "Peace" in Mariacopa County filed to domesticate the fraudulent default with the"exemplification" from "Kevin Brazile". CCbill processor and The Ryan Firm aiding and abetting. With all the ex-countrywide TARP/CARE fund pocketing crooks/criminal clients, guys like Ryan will sadly keep busy. They are/were trying to collect $400,000 from our payment processor of 18 years for a shell company called "Warmblood". All of this is so crazy. They tried to steal our home in Malibu (by paying off Ventura County Sheriffs to Evict us during Covid) They tazed and killed my 20-year-old dog and I was crying so much that we didn't get any paperwork, we just left our home of a decade (that we own). They stole everything from inside and have been renting it on luxury retreats=. It is like shock-n-awe.. Thank God for Benjamin Shatz from Manatt, he has been able to help us. He is exemplary and a brilliant appellate attorney. He shoiuld be a justice, he deserves the His Honor title. Attorneys like Benjamin G. Shatz help me not top lose hope. Brazile's Clerk said the default that was entered in Van Nuys East w/Judge Salkin was after July 11th, so even though he did sign the exemplification July 13th, it would not matter. I asked if she could put anything in writing? She wouldn't give me her name, but she did say he was no longer a Judge? Also, exemplification must be by the Judge who heard the case. Now I am rushing to get back to the Arizona Mariacopa Court. Luckily, they thought it looked funny and opened

Where to begin? He is not smart. He is not diligent. He is unable to think clearly. He and his twin brother, L.A. County Sheriff's deputy, Kenneth Brazil, are village idiots, who both came up, politically, through the Catholic Church, who always gave a boost to their promotions. The L.A. County Counsel's office, where he spent his entire career as a lawyer, always helped him along, principally by letting him argue a dead-bang winner case before the U.S. Supreme Court, to create a false appearance that he was a real lawyer, when he was a real dope. This doofuss never should have been appointed to be a judge, and has proved, over and over, again, on the bench that he should not be a judge. Yet, there he is.
