Over the year of this case, he let the defense attorney cite wrong case law, wrong court rules, depose me for no other reason but to harass and play games. He refused to recuse himself and threw out my evidence. His ruling said if I had such evidence (exactly what he threw out) I could have proven my case. He denied a motion for reconsideration. Judge hull tried glhezrd my case. I was pro se. He had more patience than any judge I've ever been in front of. Neither I nor the defense attorney had the amount of knowledge to make a trial flow. Judge hull had a mess on his hands throughout the trial. Judge Hull is fair across the board.
