Kevin J. Mahoney

I have appeared in front of this judge 5-6 times in the past few years, both in criminal and civil matters. He is about as close to "down the middle" as possible when it comes to sentencing. On civil matters, he allows the parties time to present their case without pre-judging things. He makes good observations and his rulings are well-supported. More judges like him would be good.
