This judge has been far too occupied with her campaign to read any of the defendant’s case. She is ill informed on the matter of Parental Alienation and appears to be heavily biased against men. It seems easier for her to apply a standard pat answer than judge from the evidence. Three months to render a final decision is a tactic to let the children time out of the system. She inflicts unsustainable parameters of therapy based on a therapist who has never met with the father. She has ignored orders she previously gave to a mother which were never followed yet failed to consider the testimony of a well credentialed psychiatrist.
