Very unprofessional with a poor demeanor. Does not seem even handed in her decisions.

Civil Matter. Judge Kimberly Espinales-Maloney was a great judge for my personal injury lawsuit. Proceedings were smooth, from in limine motions and all pre-trial matters until a jury verdict in my client's favor. Judge Espinales-Maloney was accommodating and fair to both sides and I would be happy to try another case before her.

Civil matter. Judge Kimberly Maloney intentionally removed just about all my evidence from trial, calling both attorneys to sidebar and whispering so that I intentionally may not be able to hear them followed by the removal of evidence. I was at Gasland asking to use the restroom while the gas attendant knowingly directed me to a dangerous area who was laughing and smirking while bing videotaped by one of my friends. All caught on tap. A weeping hose got tangled around my left ankle causing me to fall 5 feet off of a retaining wall landing on the adjacent property onto to a brick paver. Injuries, 5 broken ribs pneumothorax and fractured my T10 L1/L2. During jury selection just about every white individual was left out, founding the jury to be racist & discriminate. Judge Kimberly Maloney was protecting Travellers Insurance, the defence attorney Lisa DeRogatis & Judge Kimberly Maloney worked at Travelers Insurance for a span of 10 years. Conflict of interest! Verdict came back within a matter of minutes 7 to 1. I was left with injuries/pain and not being able to collect a dollar.
