Acting as a judge Kimberly marrifield in 2022 terminated my services with cps and deemed my kids adoptable on the grounds of discrimination of medical disability and income discrimination. She took our kids. Told us we couldn't be parents because those two factors mean to her that our kids are at risk of neglect. Parenting capabilities were ignored. Bonding study was ignored and our foundation was completely destroyed. Our children are more at risk of development and behavioral instability in the placement they are with but she refuses to acknowledge it because we are poor and have disabilities. We can't get beneficial services because we have been blocked from receiving those services without having our children. We don't have substance issues or domestic violence issues. We are not bad parents according to all the service providers we did have during our reunification services and it all went ignored because of poverty and disability
