She demonstrates a clear bias and a pattern of unprofessional behavior. First and foremost, the judge seems to be impulsive, rush to judgment and hot tempered. She also appears to target attorneys, treating them with dismissiveness and subjecting them to her petty power trips. In addition to these issues, she displays a lack of competence in understanding the intricacies of the case and the legal arguments presented by both parties. This inability to grasp the key issues at hand calls into question the judge's overall fitness to serve on the bench and make informed decisions that impact the lives of those who appear before the court. My experience with her was deeply troubling and leaves me with serious concerns about the integrity and impartiality of the judicial process under their purview. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and to 170.6 her as fast as possible

Shame on Gov. Jerry Brown for appointing such an incompetent person to the bench. She ignores the law and can be best describe [Redacted] The public have a right to know about this [redacted] person sitting on the court.

Incompetent, does not know the law, and all the reviews here are completely true. She is biased, discriminates and is rude. Listened to her hearing others and witnessed same. This judge should be impeached and removed from the bench as she really has no clue.

Totally disrespectful, condescending, asks rhetorical questions like, 'Are you a doctor?" The answer is no and you, Kira, are on a power trip and you are not a doctor either. Get off your high horse and stop the arrogance!

It is very easy to cheat in her courtroom, she's completely and utterly clueless to it. Definite 170.6. Doesn't deserve to be a trial judge much less have pretenions to being a court of appeal judge.

Comment#CA38021 and #CA12736 below may seem over the top, but they are 100% accurate. In my many years of civil trial practice I have never encountered a judge so completely unfit to serve. If you are looking for a fair trial decided by law and facts, and a judge who shows civility and respect to the parties, run the other way.

Horrible Judge who never should have been appointed to the bench. She is a prime example of political corruption in our system. 170.6 her as fast as you can or you will regret it. Very insecure, narcissistic, antisocial, and passive aggressive; ignorant of the law and unwilling (or unable) to learn it. Horrible temperament. Incapable of basic case reading-comprehension. If your issue isn't black and white in a judicial hornbook for her to cut and paste, she is incapable of learning and ruling correctly. Even if the issue is "can briefed" for her, she still will only rule in a manner that furthers her ego and political ambitions. She sides with whoever she feels can or will promote her judicial political aspirations to become an appellate judge.
