I was in an extremely physically abusive relationship for nearly 6 years with a man who has a 20 year long criminal record which includes multiple convictions for domestic violence, assault, strangulation, multiple DUII, Tampering with a witness & felony animal abuse. After ending that relationship, I planned to petition the court for an order of protection. When I went to file my petition I was shocked to discover just the day before, my abuser had filed his own petition & this Judge approved the FAPA order. Once I was served & able to read through the petition I was appalled that any judge would have approved the order when clearly his entire petition. Was falsified & there was literally not one document or photo attached to serve as proof of any of his ridiculous claims. This judges reckless & wonton disregard for oregons legal code & the judicial process as a whole is disturbing to say the least. She put my life in very real danger when she validated rhe behavior & patterns of deception employed by an extremely abusive, violent & dangerous individual. She should be disbarred before one of her decisions causes someone to be injured or worse.
