She is civil case judge [Redacted by Ed.] : defamation, demure, standard tolling, federal disabled act tolling, covid 19 emergency rule 9 & 10 which she is in violation to the california judicial council as they made that act for exactly my case "kepler vs. fresenius" she is in my opinion another racist who acts against any black victims of corporation who already found guilty of attempted murder~! She has sided with a racist hate crimes corporation by violating my rights. Defamation that is on-going has a renewing 12 months statute and originator is always responsible that is law it is my civil right to that law she broke that and every single other law. [Redacted by Ed.] They have zero respect for the laws or civil rights when black people are victims. They should all be sent to prisons...along with the felony criminals that they're racially protecting.

A request for court reporter was made and on the record. At the hearing Escalante stated no request was made. The party stated the request was made. The judge's assistant stated twice the request was made. Judge still stated it was not made. Even though the court reporter was present and able to transcribe judge did not allow it. Escalante then cut off the party and didn't allow their three minute oral argument or one page text of same to be submitted. In the order Escalante said request for court reporter was not made. Escalante further stated she allowed the party to give full oral argument. Escalante lied about the request and what happened at the hearing because she denied the reporter and thought there was no record. Party gave notice that hearing would be recorded and it was. After the party presented their audio and transcript, Escalante said she just made a mistake. Then she struck the transcript for appeal. Motion to recuse was filed as it was first hearing with Escalante. Escalante replied stating she just made some mistakes, refused to recuse. Escalante then struck the motion from the record destroying court records.

This judge is a trial nightmare. If cases proceeded at the pace she can handle, only 2 cases would be tried a year. Serious judicial ethics issues with her. If the court ever cleaned house she should be one to go. Reason why people have no faith in the justice system.

Easily frazzled, has a challenging time making decisions. Obviously is smart but overthinks the wrong issues, but smart enough to use the law to screw you over. Questionable ethics. Picks sides. And will derail the case even if it comprises judicial canons.
