Excellent Judge- Very fair with both parties involved in all my experiences with her.

Judge Mobley is one of the sharpest judges on the bench. She’s fair, considerate and compassionate. However, she does not tolerate unpreparedness by the parties, and expects any and all who walk into her courtroom to know their case. For some of you, that may be too much to ask. She is a consummate professional and makes decisions based on the facts and the law, not politics.

Had a court date via zoom. The judge came on so rude and unprofessional. I explained why I received the ticket and she ignored me as if I was lying before she even let me finish my story. Clay county uses their residents and ways to get extra money by pulling them over and giving them citations and the judge just agrees with it.
