Judge eagle has proven she would rather let individuals become homeless and fail then help..her evaluation team is flawed and when individuals are evaluated by true medical professionals she uses the intimidation by harsher punishments then originally would have been contucted to individuals who medical professionals prove should not be in her courtroom in the first place ..she is why Noone trust this flawed system or this failed program

Judge eagle is very unprofessional and violates basic human rights ..she tells people in a unprofessional manner they will not succeed because she is unwilling to compromise or help if it does not benefit her ... ANY human rights activists could see she is has no morals are family value and is a perfect example of what's wrong with this syeten
