Judge Kurt Hall from West Virginia [Redacted by Ed.] works with others to abuse his unchecked power and completely destroy lives. He did the same thing when he was a prosecutor. There are innocent men and women in prison, for life - for LIFE!!!! because of the insane malicious prosecution that Mr. Kurt Hall engaged in as a prosecutor who filed bogus cases over and over while defendants suffered in prison until they accepted a plea deal. He also worked as a public defender at the same time. That's illegal. Then after three strikes? You guessed it - there are men and women is prison right now for LIFE based on Kurt Hall's railroading from EVERY angle. [Redacted by Ed.] Judge Kurt Hall is "assigned" to this case, and his buddy Attorney Daya Wright is representing the neighbors. Little do they know that their attorney Daya Wright is best friends with the couple who are suing her clients!!!!! These innocent clients are going to be forced to pay her for her astronomical attorney fees, and have no idea that the case is rigged [Redacted by Ed.] in favor of the plaintiffs[Redacted by Ed.] I'm sure this real-estate scam isn't the only scam these co-conspirators have pulled off together. They should all be investigated by the FBI and brought to justice. The amount of suffering these diabolical people have inflicted, or are about to inflict on members of the community young and old is shocking.
