The Judge biased against unrepresented females in L&T matters claiming the clerk is the boss.

The Judge biased against unrepresented females in L&T matters claiming the clerk is the boss. The Judge doesn't take unrepresented individuals serious alleging material facts (court filings in Circuit Court) is called hearsay.

Judge Cooper is among the most fair-minded, well-demeanored, intelligent, and sensible judges in the state.

Judge Cooper is among the most fair-minded, well-demeanored, intelligent, and sensible judges in the state. He is down-the-middle on liability issues, but skews slightly Plaintiff oriented on damages, though he is extremey fair. What is most striking about him is his diligence in taking notes and knowing each and every fact to which witnesses testified throughout the case. It is impressive and shows his devotion to his job and the importance of his position in society.
