L. Suzanne Geddis

I have been in litigation as pro se with Geddis for almost 12-months. As pro se - she immediately portrayed and ruled bias an in favor of prospecting attorney in a simple civil case that should have never reached court to begin with. Since the onset with her refusal of every due process right along the way - she and the opposing attorney have dragged this simple civil violation out for almost 12-months to continue to accrue funding and punish me with $30k+ in attorney fees as they have abused me as pro se the entire duration. Further more, there is a major conflict of interest as the opposing attorneys firm ALSO represents the Livingston County Board (aka, all the judges when they are sued). I have transcripts that have Geddis stating things like "the constitution does not apply here" , "there does not need to be an injured party", "if you file any more paperwork you will pay more fees and I will consider hail time for your frivolous filings". ALL because I have been defending myself and trying to fight against the abuse of both te Courts and the BIASED attorney retained to prosecute me.

As others have stated, rude and condescending; I will add petty, privileged, and racist. Three times during my hearing she made claims that fall under the heading: “tell me you have no idea what you’re talking about without saying you don’t know what you’re talking about.” She is, without a doubt, the most inept, out of touch judge I have ever witnessed.

[Redacted by Ed.]She never knows why we are in court, never reads or takes notes. Never looks at transcripts from previous dates. Stretching my divorce out for going on 4 years with no kids. Its only about my property, and puting me in a poor house. She ignores evidence as if she never saw anything, ignores property already taken and put in storage when ex returned. Ignores court rules, makes threats, and judges based on accusations with no proof. She is an ex prosecutor and was totally biased when she saw pictures of marijuana plants that were well within legal limits in our state. She has cost me my retirement and now wants me to pay spousal support with my inheritance money, I am waiting for my social security disability due to a severe vascular disease. I also have to pay ex 1/2 of the money that was in the bank in Nov. 2020, the same money i was ordered to maintain status quo. Every penny of that money was paid on bills. The kicker is my ex received the exact same amount from unemployment as I did, mine paid bills, with proof, her money she spent on who knows what. She has ruled against me in every single way that she could, even when case law is on my side. She should be removed from the bench immediately
