Sides with Prosecution every chance he gets. Very rude and gets bored on the bench. Really dosen't matter what the charges are..... he goes by the book and more. 10 years and 8 years probabtion is a little much for growing marijuana! Killers get less than that! Very disappointed in him and our federal govenrment.
Run the other way
this judge sides with the prosecutor at every chance he gets. 20 overrules and 1 sustain! Over rules everything to the prosecutor side, very rude and old, should have retired years ago.
One of the worst judges around. In both civil and criminal cases he picks a side and tries to make the case come out the way he wants. If you're not on the side he has picked, he can be very difficult.
I believe that Justice Collier revels in his belief that he is the harshest sentencing judge in the country. He is not ashamed of his open bias against the defense and his rulings, from pre-trial to sentencing are outrageous.
A juvenile, ill-tempered hothead. Picks a side early and makes sure that side wins. Inequitable in discovery and in motion practice. Takes over the case of the disfavored party and makes sure he loses it for them.
Ditto the horrible --- and rude.
Horrible, plain and simple.
judge collier is a stickler for the local rules and it would do well for anyone appearing in his court to strictly comply with them. he runs a tight ship.
