I cannot believe they allow this woman to do emergency order of protection hearings. Her behavior toward petitioners is simply unacceptable. She behaves as if she assumes the petitioner is lying from the very start and these, often traumatized, people aren’t stupid and pick up on that. She is definitely on a power trip and although she usually makes technically fair decisions, her treatment of petitioners continually makes me leave her courtroom furious
