Judge Douglas has not issued a decision that has been reported in almost three years. I question whether she still issues any decisions at all. It seems as if she has a huge backlog of undecided motions. The lack of comments about this judge who has been on the bench for 25 years suggests that Judge Douglas is not deciding cases.
