Judge Laura Miller absolutely stinks. She has no idea what she’s doing. She’s completely faking it, and it’s uncomfortable to watch. She has no real lawyer experience before the bench, so basically… she doesn’t know the law. She stinks, I want my taxpayer dollars back

if I could give her NO STARS. SHE IS UNJUST RIPPING CHILDREN AWAY FROM THEIR CATHOLIC MOTHER. I SAT IN SHOCK AFTER GIVING FULL CUSTODY TO A DAD WHO HAD HIS RAPED BY HIS NEPHEW AND TOOK FROM A MOTHER WHO WANTED TO RAISE HOLY CHILDREN. EVERYDAY I GO TO WORK HER FACE SICKENS ME. ITS ONLY A MATTER OF ZIME BEFORE JESUS STEPS IN! SHE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO BE A JUDGE. HEARTLESS AND EVIL IS HER NAME.

Prejudicial to the administration of justice. Knowingly allowing the petitioner never have served me notice,to proceed and disproportionally favor the the parent in whose custody my children suffered abuse.

She is supposed to be a supervisor judge for child support services. She is completely incompetent and exceeds her Neuro jurisdiction. Avoid this hearing officer at all costs. She is a commissioner for san diego county child support services. She is not a judicial officer.

Judge Laura H. Miller is a family court judge who disregards jurisdictional law and due process, making rulings based on bias rather than facts. She colludes with attorneys and minors’ counsel, enabling unnecessary conflict to keep families trapped in the system. Instead of ensuring fair and lawful proceedings, she manipulates cases to prolong litigation, prioritizing control over justice. Her frivolous and reckless decisions harm families, allowing a broken system to profit at their expense.

She is unable to make judgements based on merit and evidence. She creates a fictional story that supports an idea of a situation she has set in her mind verses reality. She is easily swayed based on hearsay and not facts. She is a vector in enabling parties with creating a façade that damages children. I hope she goes to bed every night thinking of the illogical decisions she makes as the result of what truly hurts children.
