If I could give her zero stars and put her behind bars, I would this woman is a child trafficker. Her husband is the sheriff of Pinellas County. She’s working with youth and family organizations, a.k.a. Eckerd, Lisa, Vickers, Home Shopping Network, Harris, and billionaire who has all of the title for E contracts, they are running child, adoption, scams, fraudulent scams. They are illegally seizing children from their sheriffs offices without warrants And adopt adopting the children out this woman needs to be behind bars.

She coercively controls and manipulates litigants by improper use of court powers. This is concerning because Justice should not be built on coercive control. She manipulates orders by material omission of facts, leading to her securing federal funding for Florida DCF, her husband who is Sheriff of Pinellas, and Sheriff of Pasco. She and these two sheriffs were appointed by Former Gov Rick Scott, to further his political agenda to get federal funding into foster care -which means she is indirectly benefitting by removing kids to receive this funding. She will retaliate against you with her connections with law enforcement in an attempt to ruin your credibility. She pretends to act calm, but her intent is not derived for good purposes. She is calculated and knows exactly what she is doing to tear families, and has even coerced someone into a divorce. If it did not sound crazy, I would say she is influenced by the darkside of life. But she will have to face God someday, but it is clear she is influenced by the other side, whether she has awareness to that or not. Any intuitive person can see, she has major control issues. The opposite of how this country was founded on free will and making the right choices. Her control issues, allows her to play God when no one should play God

This lovely judge decided to give my partner an ultimatum: he either asks me to leave (my name is on the lease) or the case will be closed and he has no rights. Well he declined and “well the case is closed then.” We have been together for 2 years.Giving the person (the whole reason there was a case) their reunification. He did everything they asked with no government assistance by the way and was still denied. Now the high conflict parent has the power and is denying visitation. Also they kept calling me a paramour, either they lack the definition or the Honorable Judge Westine is calling me a whore. We were also treated unfairly by cps as they “believed” the mom that were “dangerous.” My partner is of an ethnic background if that tells you anything while the mother is white. Seeing these other reviews breaks my heart. Please do better your honor.

This Judge is the SOLE reason why children in west Pasco will always be victimized and abused. It is not their parents it is her draconian decision making that is not at all in line with the welfare of children. She makes decision against the best interests of children. She should be removed from the bench ASAP. She is no good to children, citizens, or justice. It is time all the victims of Judge Westine start standing up and getting rid of this menace to society. Biased Judge will side with the state every single time against kids.

As a retired lawyer, I was able to review case if hers. She punished a battered mother in the same capacity of the abuser and went to extreme lengths to exceed the scope of her powers given by the judiciary. We will be filing a federal code of regulations complaint because the way she handled this case clearly violated Title 45, who fund the state of Florida but must follow the federal code. The way she treated this battered mother who was a victim was one of the cruelest inhumane treatment I have ever witnessed. She has no business residing over cases like this as she clearly is bias as a former prosecutor and her husband in law enforcement. People need to contact the JQC and file complaints to get her removed before she ruins anyone families
