Does not not understand basic legal rules and procedures . A lack of understanding of basic rules and procedures in the family court arena led to costly mistakes which resulted in needless expenses and Delays and will require an appeal because of basic trial rights being violated. It’s reprehensible that Maricopa County continues to place novice judges on the family court bench without adequate training or proficiency in family court matters. I thought the best interest of the child is supposed to be the focus? Are not children our future? Why not protect them then?
