My ex stated in a hearing for a protection order that I used corporal punishment on our 17 month old son, and it left a red mark. I didn’t address the statement. Solely for that reason I haven’t seen my son, nor have I met my daughter for over two years. …Both my parents spanked me with a hand, belt, or wooden spoon from that age into middle school. All three left a red mark! I was raised in Ada County. I want to be judged by a judge that actually is married and actually had and raised kids.
