The Probate Court in Sac Co is unconstitutionally operating which has lead to Writs of Mandate and more. There is no Court staff attorney, the law/motion is backed up 6 months, meanwhile void Probate Notes are issued by a Sr. Court Clerk who calls herself a paralegal but is not certified under CA Bus & Prof Code 6450 et seq., and not supervised. They take filing fees on barred Petitions to Probate not current that a Petition To Probate may not be filed or accepted for filing without an Estate Attorney or compliance with CA Bus & Prof Code 6125, or too a concurrently filed Proof of Service. In a matter there are void filings without service barring jurisdiction of the court going back months. The Probate Judges violate due process, equal protection fail to act as neutral arbiters issue Orders without service and with no statutes or cases or service on all parties hold barred Ex Parte Communications without service on all HEIRS entering barred orders void living in the imaginary world that Probate Code has its own constitution and that the CA Constitution does not apply and do not believe the Probate codes' interpretation standards of review they make up but are governed by published CA court cases not the sue sponte feel like standards they apply which issues will become public with a complaint for inspector general to audit the probate court, a tax payer waste case complaint and more on the issue of court operations without a Court Staff Attorney mandated to supervise the probate clerk. but with no supervision its own operations violate CA Bus & Prof Code 6125, et seq... but the State courts are also mandated to be served with a Writ or CA Petition named on POS and they literally mailed it back as though they are above the CA Constitution state law so will be explained to higher courts. This is nothing less than the slang Kangaroo court and it will stop TIMES UP. Many state courts are dysfunctional with wasted tax payer dollars a serious subject matter of the times. I have not been in front of this Presiding Judge but leave this notice to him in case his staff reads comments for its information.

This judge is exceptional. He trusted me enough to both reduce and expunge a very serious non-violent offense I committed at age 24 in 2018, reducing the case from a felony to a misdemeanor after six years. When I appeared before his court, I had been clean since October 2021—nearly three years at the time—and had fundamentally changed my life. I was able to demonstrate that I had earned A’s and B’s in school and had been accepted to UC San Diego.
