How is it possible for a judge to take 4+ years to issue a decision on a one day trial in a civil trial? That's right over 4 years. Not only was the decision questionable, after 4 years it was irrelevant. By that time one of the parties had liquidated all it's assets. Counsel sent 6 letters during the course of those years asking for an update. Each time the judge responded that a decision would be forthcoming in 30 days. The decision only came after the presiding judge was copied on the final letter. Astounding! Justice delayed is justice denied. And this judge clearly denied justice.
