Completely lacking judicial temperament. Definitely not evenhanded. Will bend over backwards for Plaintiffs. Example: opposing counsel scheduled an ex parte to continue trial while I was in trial in another matter. Judge Tsao granted his request knowing the case was over three years old. In addition, he selected a trial date without checking with defense counsel.
Very pro plaintiff. Very biased in favor of plaintiffs. Lazy.
