Terrible. Avoid, unless you are Warren Buffet or David Boies or from a big firm. Biased, prejudges cases, & makes literally lawless rulings. His rulings are a one-sided rant. He will change the facts & arguments to create the result be wants. This person should not be a judge. Personally, he is full of himself without justification. He isn't very smart.
