Lewis J. Lubell

Lubell has a horrible reputation for allowing abusive partners to continue to abuse through his trial proceedings. He has biased relationships with court appointed attorneys and especially child advocates. He aids and abets child alienation and steals custody from competent parents. He should not be sitting in family court where his decisions seem to stem from his own ego rather than the needs of the children. His is a misogynist. He abuses his power. The Westchester Family courts are run like a 3rd world country. The corruption is over the top.

An excellent and very smart judge. He plays no favorites. He is courteous, respectful and works with the attorneys.
