This Judge is siding with the opposition and entertains ex pate communication with opposite against the Pro Se litigants, Ruled against us because we did file a judicial complaint against him 08 years prior to filing of our case

I had a very complex civil case before Judge O'Grady. He handled the proceedings in an efficient, logical manner and was thoroughly prepared. I would very happily litigate in front of him.

When I received Judge O'Grady as my judge in a civil case against the federal government, I came to this site and I read the following in a comment that had been posted: "Judge O'Grady gets an idea in his head, and no matter how wrong he is on the facts or law, he doesn't budge. Then he uses this against the litigant for the rest of the litigation. You have one chance to make a right impression with this judge and if you don't then your client is cooked for the rest of the case." I cringed, but took heart since my lawyers were happy to have drawn him. I must say now that everything that was in that comment is true. He is the worst -- poorly prepared, a mess personally, his opinion took 10 months, he denied me due process, etc. If you draw this judge, withdraw and refile an amended case.

Judge O'Grady gets an idea in his head, and no matter how wrong he is on the facts or law, he doesn't budge. Then he uses this against the litigant for the rest of the litigation. You have one chance to make a right impression with this judge and if you don't then your client is cooked for the rest of the case. Lord help you if a litigant that was up before you annoyed him...you'll pay his price too.
