Disgrace to Chinese her ancestry. My laywer and I came in prepared and the idiot tenant chose to represent himself big mistake. His only defense was his girlfriend. How is that a proper defense? We even gave back money he claim he left for rent. Case over. Why are you taking so long to give enter judgment? Plan tiff prevailed that’s it. That’s simple. This Judge Lily Seinfeld needs to be removed from office. Disgrace to her parents and her ancestry.

When at hearings, this judge seems to be very focused on the case. She is very seriously looking at the two sides, rolling her eyes, and always taking notes. Having been like this for three whole days hearing for a DVRO, at the end we were so shocked by her judgement based on whether you are having a poker face and sitting straight at the hearing. She also made a statement that "the truth was A hit B" only based on A messed up two single English words disregard English was not A's first language and simply said A was lying. After she had this simple ruling based on these reasons, she was looking at A and smiling mysteriously, and by which seems trying to convey a message to A that because I am the judge, I decide whatever I want. Now you can go to Bullsh*t. On the hearing if you did anything which did not seem to be worshiping her enough, then she tended to have you lose the case. This is a family court, not criminal. I sincerely hope whoever up in the court see the comments from me and other victims on this website and have thorough evaluation of Lily Sinfield. Facts should be treated really respectfully and seriously, not pretending to be seriously on the face and trying to find who is not worshiping her. Family should be helped first to be reunited, not separated based on whether you are feeling superior or not as a judge. If you are having hearings with this judge, be cautious as you might need to submit appeal for the judgements which will shock you so much that your mouth will open but couldn't speak one single word.

This woman is totally a joke. I was at first surprised by the negative comments here, but later on I found out those comments were all true. You may think about changing to another judge if you find this woman was appointed to your case. Totally ridiculous judgement.
