This judge does not follow the law, favors male legal attorneys, cannot make a decision. He kicks the can down the road for years resulting in enormous legal fees.this Judge is extremely bias and unfair. Look up his past, a case in 2012 where his ruling cost a little girl her life. He should NOT be on the bench and should be retired. He will make the female litigant produce all documents and not the male. Bad guy!! Ask for a substitution of Judge if he is assigned to your case. He has a reputation as one of the worst Judges.
