Judge Cairo is the rare breed of judge that visibly chooses a side in litigation and tries to steer the case in that direction. She's among the worst judges in the state for commercial cases and has a habit of raising and then sustaining bad arguments sua sponte. An atrocious judge.

Terrible judge. Doesn’t understand the law and seems to think she’s a back up advocate for whatever side is advancing the worse arguments. Her orders tend to range from “doesn’t understand the law” to “doesn’t care about the law at all.”
