All I can say about Judge Firko is that she must be a great read of character and an Honorable Judge.

All I can say about Judge Firko is that she must be a great read of character and an Honorable Judge. She was promoted from being a Family Court Judge to the Appellate Division for a reason. Judge Firko kicked out my ex who is an attorney out of the Court room during the hearing for being rude, disrespectful and a total a..hole. Ever since then my attorney ex has been badmouthing Judge Firko, but the point is - he is indeed a women hating Jeffrey Epstein/Trump supporting a..hole who hopefully soon will be disbarred for all the damage and abuse of women that he has done in his life. So thank you Judge Firko for doing the right thing and standing up for your values.

After I told her that i was present and had witnesses present for the hearing , she said the opposition lawyer was ill and had to continue the hearing even though without notice we came from out of state. I told her the lawyer lied and was down the hall in another hearing she said that is not possible he does not lie. I told her I saw him in another courtroom. She grabbed her cell phone and called him. I requested she put it on speaker or it would be an ex parte. She relunctantly put it on speaker and he answered “ hi lisa whats up?” and she cut him off and said “your sick aren’t you “ You told my clerk your sick I am here in open court. He immediately started to cough. Unbelievable …..She called a lawyer from her bench in open court ( (obviously a friend ) Can I say corrupt? Or ? She gives New Jersey a continued bad name for Judges

The state appeals judiciary broke its oath.

The state appeals judiciary broke its oath. It was sworn to uphold the Constitution — not protect institutional interests, not ignore Supreme Court precedent, and not turn its back on citizens whose rights were violated. When courts ignore constitutional clarity, they aren’t just mistaken — they’re complicit. That’s why I turned to the federal court. Because when oaths are broken, someone has to answer for it.

Does not logically or reasonably apply the law to the facts, as an appellate judge.

Does not logically or reasonably apply the law to the facts, as an appellate judge. Based on existing reviews, I'm glad I didn't come across her in Superior Court.

Another in a long line of imbecile NJ "judges" who are [Redacted by Ed.] and incompetent, failed attorney's who have no real understanding of the law, lack common sense, are bias, retaliate against those who speak out, and make a total mockery of the "justice system". [Redacted by Ed.]
