Excellent temperament and ability to get to the heart of a matter while handling a busy docket. I have appeared in front of this judge 15+ times in the past 2-3 years, ranging from peace/protective orders to criminal matters to landlord/tenant and general civil litigation (contracts). She is an excellent referee and runs a tight ship while also maintaining collegiality and respect for all parties. Like her Essex colleague Judge Pate, she is one of my favorite judges to appear before in the state.
