ive heard a lot of negative about her. she was my judge many moons ago the only time i ever really got into big trouble. she was fair but firm, clear yet understanding. i now have her as a civil judge in my custdy case, and initially, we got off on the wrong foot, as she was just coming n to the family court side i was in.. but after the 3rd visit, she became very aware of what was going on, and the tides have turned in favor of the truth and whats been happening under [Redacted by Ed.] i feel hammond is a fair and understanding judge now, and can really see whats happening where oakes didnt even care to try to look. [Redacted by Ed.] maybe hammond can re train oakes to the proper standards of what a judge is, and is supposed to do...correcly and ethiclly

I was the 99% caretaker for my children for the prior 9 months as in I took care of 100% of the responsibilities and she only got them a couple times every now and then she got to be an absentee parent do whatever she wanted to. She found a fake vpo on me. Judge Hammond signed off on it. I went 10 days without even knowing my kids existed keep in mind they've been on my hip every day for the previous 9 months, once she found out that I homeschool my children and authorized my wife's inappropriate removal from our school curriculum that we use for homeschooling and put them in the states dumbest school and started making me 18 mi every morning and afternoon to go get them and to drop them off meanwhile she calls the cops on me at every turn whether I do anything or not and the judge is okay with all this she shut me down while being asked my second question I believe I only got about three statements out the rest of it I just got talked over and ignored I went to my second hearing sat there for almost 4 hours just to be ignored again I told her straight up to her face I was starving I had no money and I needed help I got no reply. I did nothing wrong I have two videos to prove that I did nothing wrong plus her statement counteracts half of what she's allegeding. I have no money for an attorney and apparently because I'm white and a man and his thirties I don't qualify for any kind of help because I'm not going to lie on a report I'm not going to lie on a page of whatever is necessary she took everything from me and the judge signed off on it

She is the rudest judge I have ever seen her rulings are not fair and she does not take the law into account once she decides your opinion or what you say is not what she wants to hear she is biased and she needs to be looked into on her rulings in a lot of chime custody cases she needs to h as be alot of the cases she handled looked into seriously she has made decisions that are not for the interest of children she gives the parent that had criminal or substance abuse charges custody and the parent who has no record stdndsrd visitation she is a bitch

Terrible Jude that wouldn’t even hear my side. Took my child from me without letting me even present my reasons for being so angry with the mother. I have never been abusive or neglectful. I’m devastated and so is my child that doesn’t want to live with her hateful and physically abusive mother.

[Redacted by Ed.] See Chance Avery case. I’ve never had the misfortune of meeting her and I’m glad. I study statistics of judges in the state of Oklahoma and she’s one of those bad ones. Needs to be reprimanded and removed from the Oklahoma Bar Association.
