Awful judge.

Awful judge. Has no business being on the bench. Lazy, does not understand the law or incorrectly applies it and shows no backbone. Routinely continues hearings and trials without any credible basis. She is clearly a plaintiff judge. Wouldn't have a problem with a pro-plaintiff judge if they show evenhandedness. She is far from that. It's a shame this is "the best" we have in the courts. Classic example of someone just collecting a paycheck.

Lazy judge who won't analyze the issues in her rulings.

Lazy judge who won't analyze the issues in her rulings. Looks for a way to continue any hearing because she does not review the moving papers on time. She does not work up the matters before her. Terrible judge who needs to be off the bench.

Very lazy judge, outcome determinative, misrepresents the law and just looks for a way to kick the can down the road.

Very lazy judge, outcome determinative, misrepresents the law and just looks for a way to kick the can down the road. Don't expect any actual work from this judge.

Very little understanding of civil litigation and the discovery act in California.

Very little understanding of civil litigation and the discovery act in California. She is either pro-defense or she simply has little to no experience in civil matters. She has an even temperament but she should know better when it comes to when the defense attorney is trying to weasel their way out of producing discovery.

Did not understand the law.

Did not understand the law. Misrepresented, miscited, and misunderstood the law and the Court's standing order. Seemingly can't count to two. Expressly said that she does not allow argument during oral argument and cut off counsel's argument. Horrible judge.

By far the least intelligent judge I have ever encountered.

By far the least intelligent judge I have ever encountered. And the freaking laziest. She will not change her tentative ruling. Msy as well submit. Filing motions to vacate order. She gonna get me to report her soon enough. Get off the bench.
