This Judge is easily led by her nose and has no idea what she has stepped into being a newly elected along with Andrew Russell, corrupt ex parte, fraudulent actor on the bench.

This judge seems to change her mind when the mood strikes. My daughter had a court date concerning custody but had to travel from out of state. Her ex filed a motion to exclude a witness just a few days before the hearing. My daughter was sent the response and the witness would be allowed to testify. When my daughter got to court after traveling several hundred miles, judge Wahlin changed her mind. She allowed for a continuance for my daughter's ex to be able to interview the witness. Funny thing is, the witness was the Dr. who performed a court ordered psych eval on her ex which was performed After he received residential custody. He never did interview the Dr.

Judge Wahlin demonstrated a commitment to fairness and impartiality in my custody case. Despite numerous unsubstantiated allegations made against me, she remained focused on the facts and evidence presented. She carefully evaluated all exhibits and testimony, ensuring that decisions were based on truth rather than unproven claims. Her ability to see through false accusations allowed my son to remain in my care, where he is safe and well-supported. Judge Wahlin was thorough in her questioning and diligent in uncovering the full context of the situation. While she upheld my parental rights, she also ensured that my son's mother maintained a meaningful relationship with him, granting visitation despite her relocation to another state. I deeply appreciate her fairness and dedication to making decisions in the best interest of the child. In a system where many fathers face unjust challenges due to baseless claims, Judge Wahlin’s commitment to evidence-based rulings is commendable.

Judge Wahlin has NO business being a family court judge. She makes her decisions based purely on bias. Per my experience and reviews I have read, it is evident she is biased against mother's, who have done nothing to lose their child(ren). She completely disregards supporting evidence that implicates fathers who have been historically uninvolved in their child's life, had/have substance abuse issues, and criminal charges, yet she still rules in favor of the father. She misplaces the child's best interest with a vast majority of her cases, like she did in mine. Forcing me to pay my ex's attorney fees and child support, siding with his every word (he lied under oath) and labeled me as unreasonable for trying to relocate with my son, as the primary custodial parent. She denied the relocation based on what the father wanted and not facts/evidence. She continually neglects her judicial duty to act fair and impartial. It is time to remove this judge from the bench before she causes irreparable harm to a child through her assanine decision making.

This judge forced me to hand my son over to my ex husband who was charged as being a violent serial rapist. She allowed him to bring his new girlfriend to our divorce court. She gave him joint custody, made me pay his attorneys fees, and child support while I was struggling to get back on my feet. She believed everything he said with no proof and completely sided with him. It came to light that my ex husband kidnapped and raped a woman at gun point while my son cried in the back seat. Absolutely HORRIBLE judgment. She needs to be removed from the bench!!!

Uncaring and indifferent towards wife of 17+ years who had to file against her atty husband. Wahlin made it impossible to get a fair trial or even settlement by siding exclusively with abusive husband. She should be ousted.

This judge does not deserve to be on a family court bench. She consistently rules in favor of the abuser and rules with bias and not reality. This lady holds too much power for vulnerable children. That’s clearly not what court is about.

I have observed this judge fail at multiple procedural law issues. In Family Court, a young lady moved out of the marital residence from her husband due to domestic violence. She left her son with the father to keep a roof over his head because she was temporarily unable to financially support the child. Once she was able to get on her feet, her husband refused to allow access to their son. She figured that upon filing for the divorce the judge would make sure there was joint parenting. After filing, the judge refused to intervene and do the right thing. This judge is not qualified as a Family Court judge. What kind of judge refuses a woman access to her child without cause? This is poor judgment by judge Wahlin. It makes you question the moral ability of that position.
