Its no wonder this judge was passed over for the Second Circuit years ago and never offered the position again. She is dishonest and abusive. Largely the foulest mouth Ive heard by a judge,cursing included. It would benefit the bench once she retires.

There a mamy good judges on the bench, but this one is sn insult to justice and a corruption of the Constitution. I urge anyone to file a valid judicial complaint against this judge if theybhave one. I am filing for good reason.

She has no respect for judicial ethics, and abuses her power to attack and litigants and counsel when she is held accountable. The judiciary would be far better without this judge.

In a word- dumb. Noone should be subjected to her foul mouthed tirades and threats in her chambers. But this is the woman who wipes her feet on the American flag rug in her office and offensively says a Jewish lawyer has "chutzpah" since when is Yiddish judicial language, because that insult has no place in a judge's decision unless they were prejudiced. Like this judge who wanted churches in public schools. What a shame Preska is on the bench.

I work in the District Court in an administrative capacity. Judge Preska has been sending her personal deliveries, including Amazon, to the Court, because she wants to use the Court's mail detection system to ensure her own personal safety at the expense of taxpayers. She frequently sends her groceries, online fashion shopping, and Amazon packages to the Court, and we have to carefully sift through them to make sure that the packages are safe for her to use. We are treated as her personal assistants when I was hired to service litigants, not her personal needs.

This is the worst judge I've experienced in over 20 years. She holds conferences that are not recorded where she curses and chastizes litigants and counsel. Most disturbing is she is dishonest and will misrepresent clear facts and law to harm a party because of her personal bias. She is the epitome of injustice.
