Loretta C. Biggs

Her conduct is very unprofessional as if she's trying out for court tv. She seems very prejudice toward defendents that are not represented by attorneys she's fond of. She rushes defendents testimony, cut attorneys off during cross examinations, then spend majority of the 5 mins she gives to a case ridiculing the defendent. Didn't see justice in her courtroom since she didn't give each side the same opportunity to lay out their case. It was evident she had her ruling made up at the time she rejected the request for continuance.

It takes this judge a ridiculously long time to rule on motions. She rarely entertains oral argument, even in substantial and complex cases involving dispositive motions. On balance, a disappointment.
