I have been in litigation for over 3 1/2 years. My special needs child and I are DV survivors. This judge has favored the abuser and allowed post separation abuse to tear our lives apart. Motion after motion requesting temp. child support, maintenance, and attorneys fees has been dismissed. My husband is the monied spouse grossing $500,000.00 a year. I am flailing trying to survive and even had to apply for services to help which I never thought would be in my future. I am in serious financial debt from attorneys fees and have had nothing to show for it. The emotional, financial, and mental trauma as a result has been harrowing for both my son and I.
