Terrible Judge. So cocky and has a terrible Napoleon complex. Unfortunately, the Montgomery County bench has gotten really bad over the years. The Judges that have been appointed have gotten worse and worse.

Not only does he look like a mouse he acts like one too! He’s a tiny man with a big ego and horrible decision making skills. He makes up laws that don’t exist. He caters to the powerful. I bet he was bullied growing up and now this is him compensating. He is horrible.

I have tried two custody matters before Judge Leibowitz. On both occasions he had thoroughly reviewed the file and was aware of the issues needing to be addressed. He was respectful of both parties. He did not interfere with counsels' ability to try their respective cases.

Judge Leibowitz is a very unprofessional judge. He is unwilling or incapable of upholding the standards of a judge. He shows favoritism by preventing and hindering defendants from receiving full, fair, impartial hearings.

I have witness judge Leibowitz discriminate against a defendant, I will never forget the look on everyone face including his clerk. He allows his pride and ego to control his decision making. All his cases needs to be reevaluate.

Rude, very poor temperament, condescending and arrogant. He is one sided, and soooo disrespectful. Leibowitz abuse his power as a judge and should not be on the bench. He is clueless to some cases that come in front of him.

Comments Judge Leibowitz is a very bias judge. He is also temperamental toward any defendant. He is unwilling to actually listen to evidence, or do research on his cases. If you have judge Leibowitz as a judge, and you are the defendant, lawyer, you have no case. Judge Leibowitz is not the right judge tor a criminal case. He behaves like a criminal with power. He favors lawyers whom he knows, and your case as a defendant lawyer will fail.
