This judge is off the handle. She had no idea what she was talking about at my sentencing hearing and just expressed her opinions rather than facts. She brought up things that had nothing to do with my case, but it helped strengthen the prosecutions case, so I guess it was good for the government. I was terrified to correct her as she could at a whim sentence me to more time. This sort of behavior is terrible and unrepresentative of a position that deals with people's lives and livelihood. Her promotion to the 9th circuit is a travesty.
