Former federal prosecutor who is incredibly biased to the prosecution.

Former federal prosecutor who is incredibly biased to the prosecution. Will cover himself by talking as if he's unsure of prosecution requests but ultimately almost always favors them. Quick to remand white collar defendants, overly lenient with violent criminals.

Terrible judge who is very biased towards the state.

Terrible judge who is very biased towards the state. Former federal prosecutor who acts like he's still working for the government when dealing with criminal defendants. He's rude and will insult them in front of everyone with no regard for them as people. Should not be a judge.

My civil case was assigned to Matos in 2019.

My civil case was assigned to Matos in 2019. In 2020 I noticed my change of address, which has disappeared. The forwarding order from USPS expired March 2021. Soon after it expired, Matos mailed me a briefing order, to the wrong address, on purpose. USPS returned it to his clerk with a yellow sticker reflecting my new address. That returned letter has disappeared. Today Matos defaulted me, because he arranged for me to have no notice or opportunity to be heard and he directed clerks to destroy US mail and evidence. Deviously clever.
